Join the network

The Skills Connect network (formerly Ways2Work) links you into a network of employment and skills professionals across the West of England. Your opportunities, events, and vacancies are shared through regular bulletins and meetups, giving you instant visibility with the people who connect residents to work.

It’s a simple way to boost reach, collaborate with others, and support local people into jobs and training - without needing your own marketing machine.

Join the network if you are:

An organisation or professional offering employment, skills, or training support in the West of England
An employer with job vacancies or recruitment initiatives in the region
A community group, charity, or service helping residents move into work or improve career prospects.
