Multiply Year 3 Funding Launch

We are pleased to announce the launch of £383,245 for Year 3 of the Multiply programme for delivery 1st April 2024 until 31st March 2025. To bring delivery of Multiply provision in line with Bristol and North Somerset, this funding call will be focused on Bath and North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

We are looking for delivery partners to deliver innovative provision to help break down multiple barriers and increase numeracy confidence, supporting adults to move closer towards and ultimately onto mainstream maths provision at Entry Level three, Level one and Level two. This includes using methods such as developing a growth mindset, learning by stealth and sequenced bite sized chunks of learning which will support individuals to ultimately improve their numeracy skills.

Delivery should be focused on employer premises to target employed individuals, this could be an employer wanting to upskills their own workforce or a learning provider who is working with an employer to deliver provision to the workforce.. This provision is to be delivered with the employers to address a specific skills shortage related to the their work place.

There is also an opportunity for learning providers to upskill new and existing members of the delivery team to up to a level three award in training teachers to teach numeracy and to delivery Multiply provision. This is to support the shortage of teachers and tutors for maths that has been identified.
