Youth Guarantee

What is the Youth Guarantee?

It’s a completely free service for young people aged 16–21 (varies by project) who are not currently in education, employment or training. Whether you know what direction you want to take, or you're not sure yet – we’re here to support you.

You'll get:

  • One-to-one career mentoring
  • Help writing your CV
  • Interview practice
  • A FREE bus pass
  • Help building your confidence, skills and experience
  • Volunteering, work placements and job opportunities

How do I get started?

Choose from eight different projects across the region – each is slightly different*. Depending on your interests, needs or where you live, pick the one that suits you best.

Each has lots of help available. You don’t have to do it all – your support will be tailored just for you.

*You can choose any project if you live in the West of England unless stated differently
