Business Academy – For those aged 16-19 and no entry requirements

Length of programme: 26 weeks

Looking to gain real skills and work experience that set you apart? At Next Level Training, we offer fully funded full-time courses designed for 16–19-year-olds who want to kickstart a career in business. Our programmes combine expert-led training with hands-on experience to help you build confidence, gain recognised qualifications, and take the next step – whether that’s an apprenticeship, employment, or further study.

The programme is 3 days a week and will support learners in gaining maths and English functional skills whilst also obtaining a level 2 certificate in customer service or business administration (depending on the cohort). As part of this, young people will also complete some valuable work experience, great for building up their CV and boosting confidence!

Digital Marketing Business Principles
You’ll learn how to use social media and other online tools to create real value — not just for businesses, but for the people they’re trying to reach. We’ll break down how marketers attract attention, turn views into customers, and keep people coming back for more. You’ll also discover how to measure what works (and what doesn’t), so you can build campaigns that actually make an impact.

Principles of Online & Offline Marketing~
You’ll learn how to plan, build and run digital campaigns that get results — whether it’s gaining new followers, keeping customers engaged, or boosting brand awareness. It’s a great first step into the fast-paced world of marketing, giving you the knowledge to get started and stand out.

Team Leader/Supervisor
This course is ideal if you’re ready to take the next step in your career and grow into a leadership role. You’ll explore what it takes to lead a team effectively, from building strong communication skills to learning how to motivate others and bring out their best.
