Road to Logistics is a not-for-profit employability programme supporting individuals who face barriers to employment into sustainable careers within the logistics and supply chain sector.
Through mentoring, employability training and direct employer engagement, participants are prepared for real job opportunities with logistics employers. Since launching, nearly 600 people have taken part, with over 85% progressing into employment and almost 90% remaining with the same employer after 12 months.
