SGS College – Built to Lead Skills Bootcamp

Over 8 weeks, you will study a Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management Practice for the Construction and Built Environment Sector, where topics including project management, motivating teams, and conflict resolution will all be explored. We are encouraging those either new into post, or those who would simply benefit from a refresher, to develop their skills, knowledge, and behaviours to get the most out of your teams.
