SkillsAssess Ltd – Skills Gap Assessment Tool

SkillsAssess is an AI driven skills gap assessment tool that is fully customisable by job role content and training delivered. It is able to review job roles, as long as we have the job description, to determine competencies needed and the skills associated with those. It then analyses the training our clients would like delivered to see where the strengths and weaknesses are in the delegates and can create personalised learning pathways using the training courses provided. The assessments are also personalised and determined by the answers provided.

SkillsAssess is cloud hosted so can be taken anywhere. We are looking for partners to use our assessment tool either for your own staff or for individuals looking to upskill and gain employment.

The tool currently has assessments for Digital Skills, AI Skills, Soft skills and English and Maths skills, however it is completely customisable so could be used for any type of training.
