This FREE 12-week training programme runs on Wednesdays and Thursdays (10am – 4pm) for 12 weeks. You’ll learn to hold your own in a professional kitchen, learn a range of different cooking techniques and recipes, visit food producers, local restaurants, growers, and work with mentors to create a CV and improve your interview skills.
Applications are welcome from young people aged 16-25 and not currently in full time education, employment or training.
