We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life, including the right to work for those who aspire to have a job.

By learning new skills in the bakery, we aim to provide our trainees with transferable work skills, and support them throughout the process into paid employment, if that is something that they would like to pursue.

We work with trainees to discover their individual career interests and goals, and source work experience and job opportunities that would be suitable for them.

During this process, we work closely with employers to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and confident throughout the transition into paid employment.
