We offer free support to residents of North Somerset to enter training, gain employment, progress within their current career or change into a new career.
We have a team of trained coaches that offer tailored, person centred support.
The support we can offer includes:
- Bespoke 1:1 support sessions
- Support with CVs including preparation and improvement
- Support with interview confidence and technique
- Supporting you to identify employment goals, including manageable steps that support you to achieve your goals
- Information, advice, and guidance for employment needs
- Referrals which could include wellbeing support or financial advice
- Supporting those who do not have UK qualifications

Who can we help?
We can help if you are:
- Aged 16 years or over
- A North Somerset resident
Our coaches are trained to support those that are currently:
- Unemployed/out of work
