What is WE Work for Everyone?

WE Work for Everyone is a free programme for people with a learning disability, learning difficulty and autistic people to find a way into paid work. The programme is available to people living in the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority region. The region includes Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

How can we help?

WE Work for Everyone helps people to explore ways to move closer to paid employment.

How it works
You will be assigned an experienced employment navigator, who will work with you to develop a personalised plan to find employment

Your navigator will work with you to:

  • assess your needs
  • find out what you want to achieve
  • find the right training opportunities
  • provide support to training
  • support the application process
  • prepare for interviews

When you move into paid work, we will discuss what extra support you need to stay in your job. This might be in-work support to help you learn your new job, or it could be a weekly phone call to see how you are getting on. We will talk to you about what works best for you and together come up with a plan.

Who can join?

You can join the programme if you:

  • Have a learning difficulty, learning disability or are autistic
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK
  • Live in either Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol or South Gloucestershire.
  • Are not in employment
  • Are 16 years or over
  • Want to find paid work.
