What this course offers
This online course focuses on helping learners understand and apply the PAS 2035 framework, and supports those working towards becoming an accredited Retrofit Coordinator. It focuses on low‑energy retrofit, carbon costing and reducing the performance gap in retrofit projects.
How the course is delivered
The course follows a flexible two‑stage route:
- Stage 1: Online, self‑directed learning completed over up to one year. This includes quizzes, progress tracking and optional live online ‘retrofit cafés’.
- Stage 2: Live tutoring and assessments delivered via Synergy Training Centre, including the Level 5 written assessment stage, following completion of the online learning.
Stage 1 includes around 105 hours of online, self‑directed learning. Time spent on live tutoring and assessment varies by experience, but typically takes around 40 hours.
