This course provides the underpinning knowledge to identify and carry out simple bookkeeping activities, such as income and expenses, profit and loss, and assets and liabilities. It also offers an introduction into the benefits and risks associated with bookkeeping software and software security.

There is no need for any prior accounting or bookkeeping knowledge to enrol in this course. It is designed to give students the introductory knowledge and confidence to take on higher level AAT qualifications and to progress in their careers,

AAT qualifications are internationally recognised. Members are represented at entry level of the finance and accounting world, including students studying for a career in finance, people already working in accountancy and self employed business owners. Our Digital Functional Skills Level E3 course is designed for beginners and provides essential digital skills for everyday life, work and further education. Through this course, you will learn: the basics of using a computer, how to navigate the internet safely, how to efficiently manage emails with confidence and how to create simple documents. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn! Whether you’re looking to boost your job prospects or simply become more confident with digital tools, this course is the perfect starting point.
