Bath College – Introduction to Hair and Beauty Level 1

This introductory course is designed for adults who want to take the first step into a career in hair and beauty.

You will have the opportunity to try different parts of hair and beauty, develop practical skills and identify a potential progression route. It offers a chance to test the industry without committing to a full-time course.

Every workshop is supportive and welcoming, and you do not need any experience to sign up for this course.

The course takes place on Tuesdays from 9:30am to 12:30pm, and is open to learners aged 19+.

• essential client care skills
• health and safety in a professional salon environment
• about different parts of the hair and beauty industry

What happens next

You will have the opportunity to build the skills and confidence needed to progress to a Level 2 Hair and Beauty qualification.
