Bristol Community Learning – Festive Fun on a Budget

This free six-week course explores creative and affordable ways to celebrate the festive season without overspending. Through festive crafts, practical activities and budgeting ideas, you’ll learn how to make the most of the season while managing your money.

The course is open to Bristol residents aged 19+ (in August 2026) who have few or no qualifications and takes place on Fridays.

• Practical ways to celebrate the festive season while managing a budget
• Skills for planning and preparing affordable festive gifts, food or activities
• Basic craft, creative and problem-solving techniques for festive projects
• How to share ideas and work positively with others

By the end of the course, you’ll have explored ways to reduce festive spending, developed practical craft and budgeting skills, and had opportunities to build confidence and community connections.
