What this provider offers
The Children and Young People’s Network is hosted by Bristol Play and Youth Alliance and brings together training, guidance, information and workforce development opportunities for people working with children and young people in Bristol. The network also shares sector updates, advice and opportunities through a bi-monthly mailing list and regular network meetings.
Training and support available
The network brings together a range of training courses and workshops for people working with children and young people. Topics include:
- Youth work
- Playwork
- Cultural competency
- Safer recruitment
- Financial wellbeing in youth work
Training includes both introductory and specialist topics and may be delivered by external trainers and organisations.
