The topic of equality and diversity continues to attract attention in wider society, and we are all becoming increasingly aware of both the benefits and the challenges surrounding equality and diversity within our communities. This level 2 course is an ideal place to start forming a better understanding of key topics such as avoiding discrimination, promoting equal rights and how diversity affects different settings, both in the workplace and local communities. We recommend this course to anyone who wishes to better understand these issues, such as community volunteers, teachers, support workers, HR professionals and anyone who line manages staff in their workplace.
Study for the course takes place in an online virtual learning environment (VLE) where you can study at any time and at your own pace. We ask that learners complete their courses within the given timeframe and that as a broad average most courses can take approximately 6-8 hours per week to complete. However, timeframes are flexible on a person-by-person basis should any learners require reasonable adjustments to their study plans.
