This service is here to help people and community groups get more confident with technology. It offers simple self-help tools and resources that make learning digital skills easier. These can be used for workshops, learning programmes, or just by anyone who finds online services a bit tricky.

There’s also a free broadband comparison service, designed to make the internet more affordable. It shows special not-for-profit deals, with unlimited broadband usually costing between £10 and £23 a month. These deals come with no setup costs, no early exit fees, and prices stay the same for the whole contract.

You may be able to get these offers if your household receives:

  • Universal Credit

  • Pension Credit

  • Income Support

  • Jobseeker’s Allowance

  • Employment and Support Allowance

  • Or other qualifying benefits

The service is free to use and is available across the UK. It supports both individuals and organisations that help others with digital skills. The self-help tools also come with lots of accessibility features, so people with additional needs aren’t left out.
