Gloucestershire College – Construction Leadership Skills Bootcamp for SMEs

During eight sessions held across eight weeks, and alongside industry experts, you’ll explore how culture, strategy, and communication shape performance and drive change.  Designed for those working in SME’s, who lead people and projects, this programme strengthens teamwork and collaboration both within and between organisations. You’ll leave equipped with practical tools and a clear action plan for personal and organisational growth in the construction industry.

This course was created with flexibility in mind, requiring learners to attend only one day of in-person learning per week for a period of eight weeks.
