Gritty Talent Group – Inclusion Accelerator Bootcamp

The programme is open to 20 leaders, hiring managers & EDI leads within creative sector organisations and companies in the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (WECA) region.

This dynamic guided learning programme, with the outcome of creating a company specific implementation plan, will be delivered by Gritty Talent’s own senior leaders who are creative industry professionals and EDI (Equity Diversity and Inclusion) specialists.

Following the success of this programme with both individual clients and cohorts of companies in partnership with Focus Scotland, Media Cymru, the BBC and Channel 4 we are delighted to bring our Inclusion Accelerator programme to creative sector companies within Bristol, Bath and the surrounding areas.

Please refer the  Key Information on the Gritty Talent website for full details of the Course dates which comprises of 8 days of training delivered once a fortnight over a 14 week period (60 guided learning hours). Learners must be able to commit to attending the full course dates. All workshops are in person at central Bristol locations and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to eligible learners.
