Retrofit Academy – Combined Domestic Energy Assessor/Retrofit Assessor Skills Bootcamp

This dual qualification program will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to assess a home’s energy efficiency, provide recommendations for improving its energy performance, and includes full accreditation on graduation as a Retrofit Assessor! Domestic Energy Assessors are qualified to assess the energy efficiency of residential properties of all types, performing on-site assessments to examine property-level data and to produce an associated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

8-week intensive course. Weeks 1–4 focus on the DEA course, and Weeks 5–8 on the Retrofit Assessor course. The programme combines live teaching sessions delivered via Microsoft Teams, online study, and portfolio building.
