Step Together Volunteering is a charity that supports young people in Bristol who are facing multiple disadvantage and those who are at risk of becoming, or are already, not in education, employment or training (NEET).

How you’ll be supported

One-to-one coaching and support

You’ll receive intensive one-to-one, person-centred coaching and support to help you overcome barriers that may be preventing you from moving forward. Support is tailored to your individual needs, experiences, strengths and aspirations, enabling you to make progress at your own pace.

Get Growing allotment project

The Get Growing allotment project provides a safe and supportive environment where you can build confidence, skills and self-esteem through volunteering and learning experiences.

Activities include:

  • Gardening
  • Growing food
  • Cooking
  • Creative recycling projects

These activities can help you develop new interests, improve your wellbeing and gain a sense of achievement.

ASDAN Short Course in Volunteering

You can also complete an ASDAN Short Course in Volunteering, helping you develop new skills, explore your interests and gain recognition for your learning and volunteering.

Through small, achievable steps, you can build the confidence and skills you need to move towards a more positive and independent future.
