What this provider offers
The Stroke Recovery Service supports people who have had a stroke, including transient ischaemic attacks (TIAs), as well as their families, carers and friends. A Stroke Support Coordinator works with you to identify the support that matters most during your recovery.

Support can include:
• tailored one-to-one support
• information about stroke and reducing future risk
• help to access other local services
• someone to talk to
• telephone and online support
The service also works with the Digital Inclusion Team at the Royal United Hospital to support patients with access to chargers and loan iPads so they can keep in contact with family.
