Looking to explore an interest in boxing and start setting yourself goals?

On our free Get Started with Boxing course, you’ll learn fundamental boxing techniques that will help you build your skills – with support from inspirational experts. You’ll also explore how fitness can benefit your mental health.
Working with a group of like-minded people, you’ll discover your strengths, take on challenges and grow your confidence.
You’ll benefit from one-to-one support to decide on next steps towards achieving your goals. And you’ll receive up to 3 months’ support after the course finishes to help you take those steps!

On this one week programme:
-Learn basic boxing techniques, including stance and footwork.
-Explore how sport has a positive impact on both physical and mental wellbeing.
-Gain an AQA Award Qualification
-Have access to up to six 1-1 sessions post-programme with the King’s Trust to help you discover your next steps.
