11 November 2025 - 28 November 2025 Bristol

There is space for 15 people on the programme across both locations- Bristol and Exeter.

The programme will be two days of delivery (11th and 12th of November) currently planned to be in person at the King’s Trust delivery space, with the potential for some online delivery depending on numbers and locations of young people. This will cover general employability skills, preparation for an assessment centre and employer information about The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT).

We have opening for 2 roles with SWASFT across Bristol and Exeter- 999 call handler and Dispatcher.

Successful applicants will be invited to an assessment centre at the SWAST centre in Bristol on 18th November with the delivery days providing full training and practice for the tasks expected of the young person. Applicants will then be invited to a virtual interview with SWAST the following week (beginning 24th November), there is the opportunity for a member of Kings Trust staff to attend the interview as well if the young person would like that too.
