Well Grounded – Free Specialty Barista Course

This free 4-week Specialty Barista Course is designed for people who are ready for work but would benefit from technical barista training to help them enter the coffee industry. The course includes 2 weeks of part-time coffee training and 2 weeks of work experience in a safe and supportive training environment.

Assessment Day: 15 September 2026
Training starts: 22 September 2026

Who this is for

To apply, you must:

• be aged 18 or over
• be a resident of Bristol or the surrounding area
• have been unemployed for under a year and be looking for work
• not be in training or education
• have the right to work in the UK
• have conversational and written English comprehension skills
