What this course offers
Creative Confidence is for adults aged 19+ who would like to try new activities, meet new people and explore new interests in a supportive environment.
The course helps you develop confidence, wellbeing and personal growth through a range of creative and practical activities. Whether you’re looking to try something new or step outside your comfort zone, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities while developing valuable life skills.
Before the course begins, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your tutor and take a guided tour of the South West Skills Campus to help you feel comfortable and ready to get started.
What you’ll learn
