Weston College – CSCS Labourers Card – SWAP

This remote course is for adults aged 19+ who are looking to start a career in construction as a labourer. You do not need any existing construction qualifications to take part.

What you’ll learn and do

• Gain a Level 1 Certificate in Construction and Building Industries
• Gain an Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment
• Take part in activities to develop communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Learn effective and safe working practices and build rapport with people you work with

What happens next

You will have the opportunity to gain a CSCS Green Card (for labourers).

Many construction companies require workers to hold a CSCS card, so gaining a Green Card may improve your chances of finding employment in the construction industry.
