What this course offers
This free 3-week course is designed for adults aged 19+ who find technology challenging or lack confidence using computers. With tutor guidance throughout, you will develop practical digital skills to help you communicate online, search for jobs, access services and use technology with greater confidence.

- Computer basics and how to use technology for everyday tasks
- How to use your Universal Credit Journal to record and manage job search activities
- How to set up and use email for online communication
- Keyboard and typing skills
- How to organise files
- An introduction to Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
