This fully funded 4-week Health and Social Care Skills Bootcamp helps ESOL learners gain the communication skills, confidence, and essential knowledge needed to begin work in the care sector.
Participants will complete Emergency First Aid at Work training and develop the language and practical understanding required to support others safely and compassionately. Learners will also have the opportunity to meet local employers and take part in a guaranteed job interview at the end of the programme.
Skills Bootcamps are free, flexible courses designed to help people build sector-specific skills and progress into employment or further training opportunities.

- Care-specific language and terminology
- Equality, diversity, and safeguarding awareness
- Health and safety in care environments
- Understanding roles and responsibilities in Health and Social Care
- Emergency First Aid at Work training

- Preparing for interviews and meeting employers
