Weston College – Supported Employment Training Skills Bootcamp

Delivered in partnership with the British association for supported employment (BASE), this Skills Bootcamp is specifically designed to support Job Coaches, Employment Specialists and Employment Practitioners in their role in Supported Employment.

This CPD accredited course will provide you with practical skills and knowledge across the key 5 stages of supported employment:

  • Engaging jobseekers
  • Vocational profiling & action planning
  • Engaging employers
  • Job matching and in-work support
  • Career development.

Sessions will be held twice weekly.

The dates of the course are: 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th January 2026 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 26th, 27th February 2026 5th & 6th March 2026

The majority of the classes are delivered virtually, but you will be expected to attend in person to 2 sessions.

The two face to face sessions will be 28th & 29th January.

  • Cost: Free
  • Eligibility: Not have completed a Skills Bootcamp funded by the DFE in the last 12 months, Right to live and work in the UK
  • Ages: 19+
