Future Bright: Free career coaching

Future Bright gives you free support to help you move forward with your work, skills, and confidence. If you feel stuck, want a change, or aren’t sure what to do next, Future Bright is here for you.

It’s for people who are working and want to learn new skills, grow in their career, feel more confident, or earn more money. Future Bright coaches listen to what you need and help you take your next step.

Support Services

Connect to Work

A free programme that supports people who have long‑term health conditions, disabilities, or other challenges to get ready for work and stay in work. We know everyone’s situation is different. What matters most is that you feel motivated to move forward.

You might need help with your health, confidence, skills, or personal circumstances. Connect to Work gives you support that is shaped around you. An employment specialist works with you for up to 12 months, going at your pace and focusing on what is most important in your life.

Support Services

Youth Guarantee

If you’re 16–21 and not in work, education, or training, the Youth Guarantee can support you.

If you live in the West of England, you can get free help to take your next step. This might be finding a job, starting training, or going back into education.

You can get careers advice, confidence building, travel support, and real work experience to help you move forward.

The Youth Guarantee Trailblazer project is here to make sure no young person is left behind.

We Work for Everyone

The WE Work for Everyone programme is free and supports people with learning difficulties, learning disabilities, and autistic people to move towards paid work.

If you live in the West of England (Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, or South Gloucestershire), you can get help to find the type of job that’s right for you.

The programme is here to help you build skills, grow confidence, and take steps into work at your own pace.

Work Well

Work Well West supports people in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset who have health issues, stress, or disabilities.

Work Well delivers short term employment and health support and system links to anyone aged 16-65 whose health condition is affecting their ability to remain and thrive in or return to the workplace.
