- Up to 4 weeks of 1-to-1 careers coaching – someone in your corner, helping you figure out your goals and what comes next
- An 8-week work placement with your own dedicated job coach
- Personalised mental health and emotional support
- Support that doesn’t stop when your placement ends
- Help with travel costs so money isn’t a barrier
- Maths and English support if you need it (ages 19+)
